What is Fluid Analysis?
Extracting fluids from several areas in your equipment and analyzing the level of contaminants in the fluids can actually predict potential problems with component failure. As components wear, microscopic pieces will appear in the fluids throughout the machine’s parts. By analyzing which metals are appearing where and in what concentration, the remaining life of each component can actually be predicted, so that you can anticipate when major repairs may be necessary.
