We now have a return policy in place designed to be fair to both our customers and to Luby Equipment.

Luby Equipment continuously strives to provide a level of product support that we feel is second to none in the industry. We ask our valued customers for their cooperation in preparing parts properly when returning them. This effort will not only minimize returns, but it will also allow us to serve you more efficiently.

All parts returned must be in new and saleable condition.


New CASE Parts – Stocked at Luby Equipment
  • Return within 30 days to receive Full Credit
  • Return after 30 days but within 90 days, and a 25% Restock Charge will be deducted

New CASE Parts – Not Stocked at Luby Equipment
  • Return within 90 days, and a 25% Restock Charge will be deducted

New Non-CASE Parts – Stocked at Luby Equipment
  • Return within 30 days to receive Full Credit

New Non-CASE Parts – Not Stocked at Luby Equipment
  • Credit will be issued only if it is authorized by supplier, less freight and applicable restock charge

Parts that are Non-Returnable
  • Any part that has been installed, cut to length, or modified
  • Gasket kits that have been opened
  • Electrical components – relays, fuses, etc.
  • All parts must be returned within 90 days
