CASE DV45E Vibratory asphalt Roller For Rent

Available for rent at Luby Equipment, the CASE DV45E, the pinnacle of the E Series compact DV vibratory rollers, stands out with its robust 10,252-pound frame and potent 43.9 horsepower engine. Boasting formidable centrifugal forces nearing 13,000 pounds, it ensures superior asphalt compaction. With dual amplitude and frequency capabilities, operators enjoy unparalleled precision, making it the ideal choice for demanding compaction tasks where power and accuracy are paramount.

DV45E Features

Redesigned Operator Interface

Elevates the user experience with its intuitive layout and superior ergonomics. Central to this design is an electronic travel lever, which places a wide array of controls within easy reach, encompassing RPM adjustments, drive configurations, sprinkler system management, and the essential parking brake function.

Even Greater Control

The innovative mode selector empowers operators with three settings: loading, working, and transport, each optimized for specific operation phases to enhance performance and fuel efficiency. The roller offers a choice between a ‘soft drive’ for gentle, seamless asphalt compaction and an ‘optional hard drive’ mode that enables rapid, precise turns akin to machines operated by mechanical levers.

Big Roller Performance

It has high centrifugal forces and optimal frequencies, achieved at lower RPMs to boost performance and fuel economy. The selectable dual vibration frequencies further refine the machine’s productivity, allowing operators to tailor the compaction process to the unique demands of each project.

Groundline Serviceability

The CASE E Series rollers are ingeniously designed to simplify maintenance. All crucial fluid ports, drains, and service checkpoints are conveniently located on one side of the machine, ensuring easy access and significantly reducing downtime.
